Tetyana holds architectural and economic degrees from Kyiv National University of Construction and Architecture.
Iryna brings 10 years of financial expertise with the focus on real estate industry.
Before joining 357D Group Iryna represented audit team of EY Ukraine and managed financial departments of the large-scale developer and leading player of the green energy sector in Ukraine. Iryna is used to be responsible for the general performance of company financial function as well as for development of the effective financial solutions for the real estate projects.
Iryna holds accounting degree from Banking University of the National Bank of Ukraine.

Alisa brings over 15 years of experience in real estate consulting and strategy development. Prior to joining 357D Group, she worked with CBRE and EY in Ukraine, developing strategies for major business groups and managing a tourism project in Portugal.
Alisa holds marketing degree from National Technical University «Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute».
Gregoris has over 25 years of experience in engineering and construction management. Before leading the Development Department at 357D Group, he served as Construction Director at bbf:, a top developer in Cyprus, and worked on various projects in Cyprus, Saudi Arabia, and Greece. His focus is primarily on residential construction, with experience in commercial developments as well.
He holds a civil engineering degree from the University of Birmingham and an MBA from Birmingham Business School.
